Fabulous early poupee made by the famous French Bru doll manufacturer, circa 1869!
Her bisque is absolutely perfect, painting is superb and very precise. Her wig and cork pate are original as well and in great condition.The doll has very fine incredibly detailed original dress, underskirt, very elaborate bustle with wire support, pantaloons, leather boots.

EXCELLENT
Great bisque head and shoulder plate with no hairlines, cracks or chips. The body appear to be very clean, leather is almost white. No patches, although in a couple of places there are some traces of touch-up glue repairs to her gusseted joints. Very fragile original dress.
