Wonderful American composition and cloth mama doll by EffanBee, circa late 1930's. Very rare with Patsy Ruth body and Lovums head. Simply adorable!
Composition head on Lovums shoulder plate, blue lashed sleeping eyes, long human hair wig, open smiling mouth with upper teeth, cloth body, composition arms and legs, original peach organdy dress with undergarments, original shoes and socks, big silk hairbow, and metal Effanbee heart bracelet.
