Incredibly gorgeous bebe Bru Jeune with prominent tongue. She is size 4, 15.5" (40cm) tall, circa 1882-84, on early leather body with beautiful bisque arms!
Perfect fully marked bisque swivel head on perfect fully marked bisque shoulder plate with modeled breasts and shoulder blades, beautifully modeled bisque hands, great sturdy body in excellent condition.
Dramatic amber paperweight glass inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, richly painted lashes. Modeled accurately painted symmetrical brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils. Closed mouth with molded tip of tongue between her shaded, outlined lips, dimpled chin and lip corners. Pierced ears with earrings.
Antique long blond mohair wig over original cork pate. Original head attachment. Beautifully costumed in possibly original white dress, gorgeous antique bonnet, original antique underwear and original Bru Jne 4 marked shoes.
