This absolutely wonderful dolls were made in very limited edition of 100 sets in 1987. They are so hard to find today especially boxed as a pair!!!! They are portraits of R.J Wright children-Arthur at age five and Lillian at age seven. They are hand made by R.J Wright and his wife at the time they didn't have a factory yet and worked at home. So every single little thing was done by them. This makes early R.J Wright dolls so special!
Arthur is 18" tall with blonde hair, dressed in sailor suit and holding a sailboat. Lillian is 20" tall with red long hair, also dressed in sailor outfit, holding a jump rope.
These masterpiece won the DOTY ( Doll Of The Year) award in February 1987!
