In original box. Embossed Effanbee on head and torso. Hard plastic head, rosy cheeks, original brown human hair wig in beautiful original setting, lashed blue sleep eyes, original blue organza gown, matching hat, slip, panties and shoes, in original Effanbee Honey box #8561.
